M74160K、M74180K型立轴圆台平面磨床

M74160K、M74180K立轴圆台平面磨床是采用圆形工作台承载工件或工装旋转，砂轮端面磨削工件平面形式一种平面磨床。工作台可采用电磁吸盘或花盘；立柱与床身采用三点调整机构联结，便于将工件平面磨成中凹或中凸形状；磨头主轴采用装入式大功率电机驱动，切削能力强；砂轮可采用多块砂瓦圆周均布组合式结构。本机床适用于大批量盘类工件平面磨削加工。金属行业如：纸浆磨片，轴承，盘类刀具，圆锯片，汽车发动机连杆，离合器摩擦片，液压件，泵阀门等；非金属行业如：耐火材料，陶瓷，玻璃，石英，大理石，碳纤维等。
